When you subscribe to our Email Campaigns module, we generate a default list called General List. You can segment your contacts in additional groups for more personalization and organization.
To create a new group from your Dashboard, follow these steps.
- Open the “Manage Campaigns” section from your left navigation
- Choose “Campaign Groups“
- Select “Add New Group“
- Enter a “Group Name” (such as “Board Members” or “work”)
- Click Save
A success message will display that a new group was added.
