How do I open a support ticket or request maintenance?

eLab Communications utilize state of the art project management and support ticketing system to ensure your issues, requests and tasks are catered to and tracked in the fastest and most optimized way.

Option 1: Login to our support portal using your user name and password

  1. Click on “Create” button located on top left of your screen
  2. Choose “Submit a request”
  3. Fill All Fields
  4. Upload or Drag/Drop any associated files or documents
  5. Click on “Save Request”

Option 2: Fill out a support request form

  1. Fill out your customer details
  2. Enter your support issue
  3. Upload any associated files or documents
  4. Submit*
